I desperately need to update my site
January 15, 2007
With the holiday work and family life, and not to mention being sick throughout, I just haven’t had much time to update my website. I am going to promise myself some time within the next couple of days to do just that. Weddings and high school graduates seems to be the going theme for the start of ‘07 which is great since I love both (I love all sessions though
). Here are a couple bridal images for a wedding in Feb.
Rollin’ along

Whew! Kids finally are back to their first full week of school since the holiday break, I’m back from a horrible bout from the flu, and my new computer is moving along nicely. This custom built 3 gig is surely able to handle all the new influx of pictures, especially from weddings. I had been using the same pc for the past 4 years but it couldn’t handle all the pictures anymore. I swear I hear it cough a few times too.
If anyone would like a great recommendation of where to have a computer custom built, send me an email and I’ll be happy to share the info.
Just have to share one of a maternity I did over the weekend. Sorry, can’t show the face but I just love maternity sessions. It’s a very special time in a couple’s life and a woman’s body.
New Year, new goals
January 4, 2007
I hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday season. I do love the holidays, but I have to admit, I’m glad to get back to normal mode here. The business is really going full force right now, I’m proud to say. I do urge anyone who is wanting to book their senior sessions to plan it now. Also, there must have been alot of engagements over the holidays because wedding inquiries are coming in by the hour. I will be limiting the amount of weddings I’ll shoot per month, so please check with me with your specific wedding date.
Where are my newborns? I absolutely LOVE photographing newborn babies (2 weeks old and younger) but for some reason, many parents wait until the baby is much older. Babies change so quickly, and they only hold that true newborn look for the first couple of weeks. It’s so important to capture that because it’s gone before you know it. To schedule newborns, you could even set up an appointment before birth, especially if you have a scheduled c-section. Something to think about!
