Congratulations to Kiley and Adam
June 29, 2007
This evening, I will be photographing the wedding of Kiley and Adam in New Orleans. Unfortunately, I will not be able to share any until I return from my vacation. I wish them the best of luck in their new life together. Aren’t weddings the best!
Leaving on vacation
June 27, 2007
On Sunday morning, July 1st, I will be leaving for a much needed vacation with my family. I will be in Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Cody, and then on to Colorado Springs, CO. During this time, I will not have internet access, so I will answer any and all emails upon my return. Due to wedding inquiries being first come, first serve, I will answer emails in the order received. If you need me for anything, please contact me before Saturday.
Congratulations to Chris and Sirena

I’ll be in Baton Rouge later today photographing the wedding of Chris and Sirena. I’ve been itchin’ to share some of her bridals but as usual, I must wait till after the wedding. I always look forward to my weddings as each one is so unique and special in it’s own way and I have no doubt that this one will be beautiful. When I return tonight, I’ll be sure to come back to this entry and add a couple of images.
Updated Sunday morning. I’ve already begun to proof the wedding. It was beautiful and everything went very smoothly. Here are a couple I’ve already looked through.
Congratulations to Jackie and Jamie

New site in the works
June 12, 2007
Within the next couple of weeks, I will be working on a brand new site. I’m very excited about it and hope you all will love it as much as I do. My goal is to have it completed before I go on vacation, July 1st. Speaking of which, if you have a print order to place and don’t want to wait till I get back, be sure to get the order turned in no later than June 16th. If you place an order after that time, it will be delivered after I return home on or about July 10th.
Expecting a baby?
June 3, 2007
Maternity sessions are slowly becoming more widely known and popular in the southern states. Maternity photos are a great way to celebrate your upcoming addition to your family and to document this time of anticipation in your life. The best time to do maternity photos is between 32-37 weeks. If you are interested in scheduling a maternity session, please contact me atleast one month in advance. Here are a couple done from this weekend.
Do you wanna “Trash the dress?”
June 1, 2007
There’s a new rage in the wedding photography field that is becoming very popular. “Trash The Dress” sessions are beginning to take off. This session is done at some point after the wedding, when you’re not so worried about getting the dress a little dirty. The concept behind this is the commitment of the bride to her new husband, basically saying that she’ll never have to use that dress again. The sessions aren’t just limited to just the bride; feel free to have your new husband join in on the fun – get some really creative images that you will cherish for a lifetime!
Myself & a few other photographers are looking for some willing brides / grooms to shoot. If you’re interested, please contact me via my contact form on my site & make sure you mention “TRASH THE DRESS”. There is no cost what-so-ever to the participants & you’ll receive a set of proofs from the photographers (additional enlargements are not included) . Images will also be posted online for family & friends to view.
Once we get an idea of how many brides / couples are interested, we’ll set the date for our very own version of “Trash The Dress Party”. More than likely the shoot will take place down in the French Quarter.
To get an idea of what the whole concept of “Trash The Dress” sessions are – take a look at this site, created by Mark Eric of Alexandria – http://www.trashthedress.com - some really breathtaking stuff that has been shared on that site. You can also watch this video from a recent Trash The Dress party that was put on by Mark Eric & Sanda Eu’Claire – click here for video
Also, if you’re a photographer and would like to take part, please contact me.
