Tagged? Me? okay then

Appearantly since I’ve been tagged by Robin Depaula, I have to spill 8 things about myself and then tag some others. Here goes:

1. I was born in 1975, which makes me 32 years old. Eeek!

2. Although I’m pure country now, I was born and raised in Harvey, LA (south of the river from New Orleans)

3. Photography aside, I always wanted to be a meteorologist. I’ve been fascinated by weather since a young child and belong to several weather groups. If I could go back in time, I would have taken it in college.

4. I’m a clean-freak. Yes, I admit it, I can’t stand things to be out of place or unorganized. I spend way too much time tidying up.

5. I prefer a man in a dirty Carhart shirt and work boots than a 3-piece suit. Good thing I’m married to a welder.

6. I’m an inch taller than my husband, lol. I’m only 5′ 5.5″ (gotta throw in that .5)

7. I tense up before I get to any photography event and then relax once I get started shooting.

8. If I could make a living photographing wildlife and landscapes, it would be my first choice. I absolutely love capturing nature’s beauty and have had a picture I took of an alligator published in a coffee table book in ‘05.

A day of Trashin’ it!

Had a great day in the French Quarter trashing the dresses of 4 brides. This even included several photographers as well as videographers. I will post a link to the video as soon as it’s available so that people can see and understand what this photo shoot (trash the dress) is all about. Revamping Wedding Packages soon…

Update 9/7/07

I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve just been fairly busy. As of now, the rest of ‘07 is completely booked for weddings and Spring is filling up quickly. If you are interested in scheduling a session for Christmas, please schedule it now as slots are extremely limited and must take place prior to November 20th.
